Wow, I think you pretty much have summarized Kurosawa's whole emotional journey which I totally agree:) one thing I still don't understand is why Kurosawa suddenly slows down and stops when Adachi says he is moved that it was the first time someone other than his family cooked him porridge when he is sick. He was still smiling and listening to him just before that. Did Adachi's word poke something in him?

Yup, I think his feelings have gone out of control more than he expected, so he decided to put a brake on it. Kurosawa, you are too miserable...

Am I right to think that the reason Kurosawa looks so sad during the day of his confession is because he has decided to confess and thus, saying goodbye to Adachi? After confession, they surely can't go back to be ordinary colleagues, Adachi might even avoid him and he can no longer indulge in this secret love. So he has prepared to let go of Adachi and his 7-year secret love. Gosh, the screenwriter surely knows how to torture us T_T

For OL, I don't know about international but it was certainly very popular domestically. As for CM, one of the surprising aspects, even for the producer, is that it has caught international fans attention. For rating, I'm not sure which indicator they use officially, but one thing for sure is that Japanese pay a lot of attention to Twitter trend, so this is certainly one important indicator. So we fans can certainly help to push the trend especially when the show is broadcasting. Ep6 reached #1 trend in Japan and #6 worldwide, which should be very encouraging.
But even show like Pornographer also got a prequel and an upcoming movie (even though it was not trending?), so I have hope that CM will also get a sequel or at least an SP.

Me too! I like his apt, it's small but warm and filled with his favorite stuffs. I don't remember Adachi in manga version to have this creative hobby (he's really rather plain), again kudos to the screenwriters who add this interesting personality to Adachi's character. Now I'm a fan of the screenwriter, I will definitely keep an eye for their other works.

Director Hiroki Kazama who directed Ep 1 and 2 will be directing Ep 7,8,11 and 12. I totally love Ep 1 and 2, so we can expect the finale to be directed by the same director.
But I also love Ep6 so much, from the pace, angle, lighting, actors' expressions, the other director totally nailed it.

I think we also need to start counting how many times he said "Kurosawa?"
