That's true. I know most people found the main female lead annoying, but I actually liked her. Everyone has different opinions though ^^

Oh my gosh, that always happens to me! It's like when I've finally added everything I plan on watched, something else just pops up and I'm tempted to add it to my list too.. It's never ending. Haha

Yeah I can tell from the description it's a major tear-jerker. And since it's based on a true story, I'm sure I'll be bawling 10 times harder.

And my list is the same. I have no idea how long it's going to take for me to finish them all considering I have so many, and I usually add to it quite frequently so it's getting longer. Haha

I know! I kinda like the dramas that have some disease apart of the plot. That may sound kind of bad, but I find it so interesting. Haha, and I haven't seen that one yet, but I've heard it's so good!

And I'll have to watch the anime sometime... but not right now. Way too many dramas/movies to get through. ^^

Ugh tell me about it... And it's been alright. I haven't really gone anywhere exciting, but I'm leaving for the beach this Tuesday so that should be fun ^^ What about yours?

And yeah, it's become my most favorite drama I've watched. I'm not particularly picky when it comes to dramas, but I usually like the majority of them. I rarely ever give less than 7's when I rate them.

I loved him in HYD! Although I like him best when he's portraying that delinquent type character like in Smile or Gokusen. I think he fits that kind of character best.

It was great right?! I was kind of conflicted when I finished it, I would've loved to see a second season but everyone pretty much died... Haha, and I think if they stayed with the same plot but changed the cast it just wouldn't have been as good as the original.
Yeah I know how you feel. It felt like all the water from my eyes was just drained when I watched the finale haha, but I kinda had a feeling it would end that way. Although I was really hoping Ryo was going to live on having forgiven Naoto... But I still loved it regardless ^.^
And I think I may watch the Korean version just to compare the 2, but I agree, I'll probably always like the Japanese version way more.

I agree, I definitely did not like his character, and it was kind of weird seeing him as he was in smile because he was so much more different in dramas I've seen him in.

Ah I know! I was kind of surprised she knew he wasn't really her actual brother, but I thought it was nice how she never said anything!

Yeah I think out of all genres romantic comedies are my favorite, but same as me, I'll watch anything really. But thank you! At least I know who to go to if I need any recommendations for that kind of stuff. :)
