There is a similar Egyptian story? Im afraid im not very familiar with the Egyptian mythology (only the basics)

I did search a bit on the snail bride and from what i get the myth is about an unmarried man who lives with his mother and one day finds a snail shell and takes it home. From then on, mother and son found a meal everyday when they returned home from work. One day the man decides to skip work and figure out what happens. Thats when he finds a woman coming out of the shell, the man married that woman but feared that he would lose her so he didnt allow her to go out of the house. One day the woman delivered food to ther husband on the field. On her way a magistrate fell in love with her and kidnapped her. The fact that the husband failed to find his wife made him die of dispair and was reborned into a blue bird. The wife refused to obey the magistrate and starved until she died and reborned into a fine-toothed comb.

I didnt know Korean mythology is connected with the European one. I mean chinese i understant it. Very interesting!

I can definitely see where you are coming from and as i said normally i just ignore it but in this case I just can't help but putting my self in her place. As far as Kim Soo Hyun is concerned I didn't watch the drama for that reason exactly. I couldnt ger over the fact that she was a minor and he was almost thirty. Same thing with that Kim Sae Ron drama where she was paired with Yoon Si Yoon. To be honest I dont know about Yeo Jin Goo so i cant comment on that.
