I don't care what anyone says here. But Alex absolutely dominated this drama from start to finish. I will admit I came for Mark but once Alex (Plerng) was introduced, I could tell he was going to be the star. Plerng's scenes with San were so impactful too given you have Plerng's true identity against the evil plaguing Muang Pon. Good vs Evil in its truest form. Alex definitely killed it. The industry should not be sleeping on him.
Me too! Loved him in Kom Faek. I came for Mark but ended up staying for Alex. I kind of wish someone would sub it but I don't think that will be the case unfortunately.:(
Before I yeet my laptop out the window, I just want to come back and say how utterly DISAPPOINTED I AM. I wasn't expecting this to end the way it did or even go on the way it did given ALL the hype it received over the two-plus years it was in production.
I had high hopes this would top Trabarb See Chompoo for my PonBua ship, but it failed so badly I almost want to cry for Pon and Bua that they wasted their time on such a garbage script. I'm almost certain this was literally in the trash and one of the supposed "scriptwriters" came by, saw it, and thought, "By God, this $hit script will make us bank as long as we have the talent to do it!" I loved the cast and was just appalled at how everyone's characters got snubbed by terrible writing. Almost makes me want to go back in time and not watch this so I don't have to endure the disappointment I feel now.
Now that it's over, I guess I will go back to praying every day that Pon and Bua will have another lakorn together that doesn't have a garbage script so I may finally die a happy shipper.
This is just my opinion, but there is no way I see this ending at 15 episodes. Maybe 17, but 15? I'm no writer, but even I can tell that isn't enough time to flush out everything--THE LEADS' RELATIONSHIP INCLUDED. If it does end up at 15, then whoever wrote this needs to be fired. Nuff said. It's wasted time for Pon and Bua who are exceptional actors. I'm all for the slow burn, but I don't want everything to spontaneously combust right at the end cause the writer(s) got lazy with everyones' relationships. I would be SO disappointed.
LORD HAVE MERCY WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ENDING TO SUCH A CINEMATIC MASTERPIECE.
I can't tell you guys the amount of crying that was occurring in the last episode, but it was probably enough waterworks to put Niagra Falls to shame. But, DONUT. Let me just say, he absolutely made this drama for me, from his expressions to his acting, I cannot get over how he isn't more popular, because he puts more famed actors/actresses to shame! I'm so glad the director gave him the chance to be Paul/Poramee and let him be able to thrive in a new role. It really was quite beautiful to see him engage with every single other actor and nail every single line. But enough of my gushing. Donut was superb, and I don't give a darn what anyone else says.
I was scared the ending was going to be rushed but it was surprisingly well paced. It pretty much matched what it had done the whole way through, so I'm very satisfied with that aspect of how the director handled it. AND I'm happy this was nothing like that other garbage drama he directed--Nang Rai (just thinking about it fuels my hate fire)--so, props to him for forgetting everything he did with that drama and breathing life into Fah Mee Tawan! I really must say it is one of my favorites to date, and I'm praying Donut gets more roles in the future because I WILL BE WATCHING.
Nai is kinda annoying. I don't know why she is into Net so much. Enough of gratitude. I hope everyone soon finds…
I really had high hopes for her character development, but it looks like we are just going to get the rushed version of it. What a shame considering this has been such a stellar drama.
WOW. Episode 14 had me SHOOK. Donut's acting was superb as usual. Acting is clearly this boy's calling. I hope Net and Singkorn get it real bad because they are starting to piss me off. >:(
