Too much..?? From episode 1 to episode 8, he’s had only 47 minutes of screen time. That hardly qualifies as…
Yes, I counted because you said “too much,” so I checked the actual screen time. 😭 47 minutes across 8 episodes is hardly excessive. If you personally think 15 minutes is enough, that’s your preference but calling 47 minutes “too much” doesn’t make it an objective fact.
but we saw it. The matching ring scene with his bro, ep ... 7?
We saw the hints, yes ...The matching ring scene with his brother was definitely a clue. But I mean we still haven’t seen enough of his actual character developmentwhat happened, what drives him, and how he gradually became this person. A few hints aren’t the same as properly developing his storyline.
At this point, the problem isn’t even the 2ML it’s the way he’s written. Give the man some actual character…
I don't mind him becoming more problematic in the second.what im hoping for is a convincing reason behind it.give us the progression, the motivation and the emosional buildup, not just "villain does villain things "
that mf 2ml is so f irritating, I can't stand the scenes where he appears
At this point, the problem isn’t even the 2ML it’s the way he’s written. Give the man some actual character development instead of making every appearance feel like an interruption.
I never expected the 2nd lead/villain to end up with the FL. That was never the point for me. I just want meaningful character development and a compelling plot. But it’s episode 8 and we’re still waiting for this supposedly terrifying villain to actually show us why he’s a villain.
It’s time for kdramas to drop the second lead characters. The show is so cute when it’s just about the . Then…
I get what you mean, but I think the problem isn’t the SML,it’s how the character is written. A well developed 2nd lead can add so much to the story. The problem is when they’re given weak development and suddenly become a plot device that kills the whole vibe.
I don't find him boring. I think his storyline is slowly building toward a bigger reveal, especially with the hotel business, Reina, and the 300-year mystery.
I think the 300 year backstory is something like foreshadowing for his villain era
I was referring to our 2nd ml. I think the 300 yr story is meant to add depth to his character. not just imply that he's obsessed. we'll have to wait and see how the writers connect everything.
Okay... I like this. This could be the turning point that finally brings out Minhwan's true villain side. Main couple, please stay together. The closer and more lovey-dovey they become, the better ,it'll make the villain even more ruthless. 😈
I actually can't wait for Minhwan to do his worst. It's what I've been looking forward ever since hearing he got the role. 🤭
