I just can’t hate TY after this episode, I don’t think it is a plot hole but every human being has fault, we all know his nature is impulsive unfortunately even YH blamed him rightfully for this in the earlier episodes. He never wanted to hurt her, he just wanted everyone to be saved. However I hope that this will serve him as a lesson and that they will build him communicating first before acting a his character development
