What she did was reported false claim + malicious intent = guilty. Proving intent for this offense is extremely difficult and requires solid evidence. She can claim that she doesn’t have malicious intent to sue him to avoid the charge. In other words, their was solid evidence proving that she intentionally falsely accused him. You know what? these women not only destroyed innocent men’s lives but also made it harder for real female SA victims to seek justice. Still wanna defend them??
