Does anyone know the song title of song that plays during like the sad parts of the episode? It sounds like Utada…
Yes, the song title is Hatsukoi by Utada Hikaru but it's not officially released. Just as an image song for Hana Nochi Hare drama. If I'm not mistaken, it will be officially released end of this May. However, there's a cover by Hina if you click on the Youtube link below.
I have watched up until Ep 5 and can't wait for the next episode. Of course I'm a big fan of Yuki Furukawa-san. I've watched so many of his works and this role resembles much of Irie Naoki and a little of Satoshi Mishima (From Five to Nine). My first encounter with Anne Nakamura was in From Five to Nine. I watched both Jdrama and Kdrama rom-com but I prefer Jdrama more. What gets me excited this Spring 2018 is that there are too many Jdrama that got subbed while it's still airing. I have put 98% of my Currently Watching Kdrama lists into Dropped (ooppps On Hold I mean). I would like to thank all those Jdrama Fansubber who worked hard for us Jdrama fan, to be able to watch all these Jdramas without waiting for too long. Gokurosama deshita.
My favorite so far, Hana Yori Dango, all seasons and movie. I give 11/10 ratings for all of them. I've watched Boys Over Flower too but I keep coming back to HYD again and again.
Now I'm very excited that Hana Nochi Hare is airing. The sequel with the cameo of Domyouji, Tama and Nishida really makes me excited and bring back all those memories. My current obsession is Hana Nochi Hare but HYD will always have a very special place in my heart.
Minna-san. Please read the article written by Macy https://kisskh.at/article/everything-you-need-to-know-about-hana-nochi-hare-0417182425 on 17th of April. To those who cringe over why is the plot is written that way, you'll get the idea then. This is not about Makino and F4 even though some of them might appear as cameo. The story revolves around Oto-chan & C5. As a die hard fan of HYD who watched HYD for countless times already, I encounter the same feeling as when I first watched the series. The OSTs are good too. If you expect some plot twist, maybe you'll get them from their Korean counterpart later because Kdrama has more episodes than Jdrama. After watching 2 episodes, I'm hooked already. Yes, I am!
Wow I've watched until Ep 3 and loving it! The tsundere Yuki-kun is quite similar to the way he potrayed Irie Naoki before. Anyway, I still love this since I'm a huge fan of Yuki Furukawa, being following most of his works. This drama is tanoshii & omoshiroi. I can't wait for Ep 4, after seeing next episode preview. Yabaiiii!
Please ignore this if you don't want my negative opinion to bother you about watching this. i just need to rant.…
Hana Nochi Hare is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoko Kamio. It is a sequel to Kamio's Boys Over Flowers (1992–2003), which is the best-selling shōjo manga series of all time. The story takes place at Eitoku Academy. The manga began serialization with its first three chapters in Shueisha's digital online magazine Shōnen Jump+ on February 15, 2015, with its chapters collected into five tankōbon volumes as of December 2016. Viz Media began publishing an English version the same day it began in Japan as part of their Jump Start initiative. They published the first four chapters in their digital magazine Weekly Shonen Jump before shifting to posting the chapters for free on their website. (Source: Wikipedia).
In this live action currently airing, it takes place 10 years after F4 graduated. For Jdrama, they usually will follow the manga closely as they could so that those who read the manga and watch the anime won't be disappointed.
So if they make a story twist of a poor boy vs. rich girl, clearly they cannot claim this drama to be called Hana Nochi Hare then.
Yes! I love it. Please watch it. It's not a remake but a a sequel, 10 years after F4 left Eitoku.
Unfortunately I haven't found the one with Eng sub yet. You can watch the raw version on the link of the comment below by Melika Durmaz. Just watch it to get the feel. I have watched three times already even though my Nihonggo is really poor.
Ok love love love this after the first episode. To those of you who are not Nihon-jin just like me, go watch it RAW. You'll still find it entertaining and you'll pretty much understand most of it just like me. I'm still smiling ear-to-ear while typing this. My most favourite moment is of course the moment Domyouji appeared in front of Haruto.
1. Utada Hikaru - Hatsukoi (not released yet). Image song for Jdrama, Hana Nochi Hare
2. Generations from Exile Tribe - Mata, Ashita また、アシタ for Love Rerun.
3. BTS - Don't Leave Me for Signal (Japanese Remake).
4. Masaki Suda - Sayonara Elegy for Todome No Kiss.
As for Kdrama, I really like IU's song in My Ahjussi (Adult).
That's what I can recall as of now. The first three songs in my list above, all the dramas are currently airing drama.
I've watched Boys Over Flower too but I keep coming back to HYD again and again.

1. First, you'll need to download the raw file and the subtitle file.
2. Then you can open both using Advanced Open File option in the VLC player.
Enjoy :)
