it's based on novel thou, they only follow the novel.. what do u expect? if they change storyline, novel readers…
I think you have been repeating this point throughout the forum. But “Based on the novel” is really a very lame excuse. Adaptations are different from original. That’s why they are called adaptations. Series and novel are different formats, their stories should be presented differently. Many BLs have changed from the original version. “I hear the sunspot” for example. In an important scene, Taichi was confiding in Kohei but Kohei didn’t hear. Then Taichi said it’s not important. In the manga, Kohei let it slide. But in the series, Kohei insisted that Taichi repeated it. Every fan LOVED the adaptation. It depends on whether changes are well done or not.
Can we talk about how Jerome character is so horrible? He purposefully hurt many guys” feelings just to spite Jinn. (Also this is the same plot line as Taiwan bl Secret lover. I like H2H so far but it scores really low on originality.)
Yes! Finally 40-min episode is the best. It’s fast paced and no fillers. Please, no more 1.5 hours (DMD I’m looking at you. I love khemjira and the next Prince but anything more than 45 min/episode is so indulgent.)
