No,it's a Chinese manhua by Mi Er from Beijing，and there are 4 seasons of Donghua，the first season is made by a japanese company ,the rest three are made by other three chinese companys,so 4 season by 4 different companys. maybe a lot of people are used to japanese dubbing, but that doesn't make it japanese works!
