I'm so glad this helped you rant and yes its so regressive towards woman couldn't agree more, but we also need to remember that this show is set in 1988 where the thinking was a lot more backward but I definitely understand and agree with you, at least they could have made another woman who works and deals with family well to make up for it. YES THE PROTESTS. I really wanted to learn and see more about it, it was such a useless plotline, they executed it so badly.

loved this drama! I enjoyed every bit of it. my weekends were better and more interesting because of this show. I really appreciate the hard work everyone put in :) though I had a few questions and regrets. I still think the impact this show had on me was way higher. it will be going on my favorites list :)

Loved this show alot. Jun yeol and je hoon are an amazing duo. I find myself in some of thier actions and may want to try thier ways of life in the future. I learnt so much and feel like I went to cuba. Every shot was beautiful! Thank you crew ♡

same honestly, they actually made it seem like homosexuals are very much part of society :) main charecters were actually very accepting of the fact that he was gay.

but i dont think the reaction itself was homophobic because it didnt show hate towards or prejudice towards the community, but yes it could lead to people thinking that gays are bad, which is unfortunate :(

I agree that this would increase prejudice against the community, though there are some other dramas that have good gay characters (very few) lets hope we have good characters in the future :)

also, he didn't disrespect the homosexual people, he just portrayed that he wasn't homosexual, in my opinion

though I do agree it was exaggerated for comedic purposes, I really thought it was funny personally, but maybe you didn't,,, that's possible!
