hm... you won't be able to understand what's BL-ish in this drama without knowing some traditional Chinese myths and sayings, that's how you'll understand it's actually a gay romance. very subtle! The crew put in a lot of work to put these little things I to the drama that mean "GAYNESS" but wouldn't flare any alarms to the government. ahaha that's the only way I can explain it. Even so, it's a great drama with other without the gay romance 🤷‍♀️
