Yeah Ryoma and Marie have started their respective new projects.
Ryoma will be doing stage musical in May. It seems he is busy with the rehearsal now. As for Marie, she only mentioned she has a new project. Not sure if it's a drama or movie.

Why Todoroki said Hibiki is someone who betrays people, my guess is, back in high school time Hibiki left Kurumi for one whole month to search for his father. This was actually mentioned by Todoroki and Hibiki themselves in ep 7 and 8 of S1. Todoroki wasn’t happy about that because that was the time when Kurumi needed Hibiki by his side the most but he wasn’t there. Maybe this is what Todoroki meant by “betray”. And then from what happened in ep 1 of S2, it seems that when it comes to someone he cares the most, Hibiki can easily neglect others, even his girlfriend and friends, for the sake of that one person. Just my guess...
With each episode, my belief that Kanae should be the FL is strengthened. She's not an angel - she can be ruthless…
I believe only Kanae will remain my most favorite character of the entire drama (previously it was Hibiki and Kanae), if they don’t ruin her character later like how they ruined Hibiki’s...

I read the comments on KimiSeka Instagram posts, the Japanese viewers seem to ship Hibiki-Kurumi a lot. I guess it’s probably because they like those flashback lovey dovey scenes in the drama. It seems Japanese, especially women get invested in this kind of scenes/stories easily.

Everyone has his/her own opinions, so I respect yours too :) In fact I enjoy reading all the comments here, sharing thoughts and discussions with other viewers. I guess this is what makes watching drama fun ^_^ I mean I understand it’s normal for Hibiki to choose his girl and I also think it’s wrong for him to leave her alone, but how he didn’t even hesitate a second to abandon his friends and even break their “family” bond, annoyed me most. They all trusted him since the very beginning to be the leader who puts their safety above everything else. But see how he acted as soon as he got his girl with him. I also think that it’s normal for the others for not trusting Kurumi because they only just met her and lived with her for 3 weeks. Not to mention she’s the person who caused the death of their beloved Minjun. I can see why they can’t treat her as a family member yet. And also Kurumi had shown signs of becoming a golem. Do you expect them not to feel worried? Mentioning Minjun, Hibiki is actually responsible for his death too because if he didn’t go back to find his girl, they all would have left the camp and Minjun wouldn’t got bitten. So if what Hibiki did is not selfish, I don’t know what is. Anyway I can only say that I don’t like how the story has progressed so far. And as some other viewers had already mentioned, watching Kurumi is really frustrating. The story will just get boring if it keeps focusing on her. But I will still keep watching for a couple more episodes to see if it will get better. I hope it will.
Saw today’s insta live. Ryoma has shaved his facial hair off. Looks like S2 has finished filming. I have gotten used to him with beard and mustache so he looks so different to me now LOL I like both looks though, with and without facial hair. Jaehyun commented that Ryoma looks like an idol now, which I agree LOL
