I actually like Jdrama's length. Short but they usually manage to maintain a good pace. Not draggy, no irrelevant boring plots like most Chinese dramas. This is why Jdramas are my favorite.
So what's become of Todoroki? I have a very bad feeling... I can't stand having to wait so long for episodes u.u…
I know right. When I'm hooked on a Jdrama, I too, get impatient waiting for new episode every week. But at the same time I also kinda enjoy the wait, because I don't want it to end so soon. It's quite a dilemma haha!
Despite the zombie genre, we'll have to turn off our brains and ignore the zombies to fully enjoy this drama ...…
I know what you mean. I actually enjoy the drama a lot. But I just can’t help slamming the zombie parts sometimes lol... I just think they can do better. Hope they’ll improve on next season.
There’s one scene in ep 4 I’m quite concerned about. When zombies were chasing Hibiki and the gang, how come those zombies can run down steps of staircase like normal people, without tripping and falling down? Pretty cheesy.. XD
Joining up with Hibiki instead of Todoroki is the best decision Kanae has made so far. and damn, Takeuchi Ryoma's…
Agree with you about Ryoma’s acting. Some people criticized him for being stiff and less expressive. I don’t get it. I think his acting is great and pretty natural, unlike many Japanese actors who tend to overact. He’s got good look, hot body and also talent! What more could we ask for?

I'm loving this drama more now. With each episode the story is getting more interesting and suspenseful. My impression of Kanae changed gradually in Ep 4 while Todoroki has turned out to be a real scumbag. And Takeuchi Ryoma's crying always gets me. He really has this amazing ability to shed tears effortlessly.
Just seen ep 3 with Chinese subs. It was really good! I think it's so far the best episode. More characters were introduced and the story is starting to get exciting. Mamiya made a wrong decision again, but I hope he really learned his lesson this time. And Kanae is such a nuisance.
7.6??? How do jdrama ratings drop so abruptly and so low?
I've seen quite a lot of bad reviews about this drama on Chinese, Taiwan and Hong Kong forums and Facebook pages. I guess it is just a matter of preference. Different individuals have different tastes in dramas and films.
