I think Seon Jae got the injury from saving Im Sol from the accident.
He was already injured prior to Sol's accident. That's why Sol (who still has her legs) tried to stop Seon Jae from participating in the competition because of the injury.

1. There was an old man in the Left Minister's household that would give a second look to Yeo Hwa. Who is he?
2. I forgot which episode but it was when both brothers went to the Left Minister's house. SuHo dropped something on the ground and the it looked important but it was never addressed. What was it that he dropped? It is also in this episode where the camera focused on the old man (and one other scene).
Did Ju-ran and Mr. Lee end up together in the webtoon? Did they officially get together as couple? Also Hueyeon…
I agree. As if we need more scenes from the antagonists. I personally would have liked to see Mr. Lee shed his tsundere persona and warm up to Ju-ran. Gotta find me a tsundere romcom, although it's cliche and I blame it on Mr. Lee! Lol
