rewatching this drama because i love it SO MUCH. normally i'm not into characters like the female lead but hyesun and myungsoo work sooo well together!!!!!!!1

at this point i just wish she could be alone, no relationships, no drama.
i loved babi, jinyoung blew my mind with his acting but their relationship is dull right now.
i think they shouldn't be dating right away, maybe take some time to start seeing each other again, step by step and not fully into the relationship cause both of them can't give their all, it's not the same as it was.
woong... he's a great guy but i think the timing is off and he is just /there/. he knows he missed his chance and is trying to make it up for it but meh, idk.

love seo inguk but the investigation plot was boring + the police ppl are kinda meh as well :\ his character and the people around him are fun thooo!!

tbh i think dear m is fine, not spectacular or anything but its good to watch when you're bored and props to jaehyun, i think he is doing a good job!

rewatching for the 7th time (i think!) and it never gets old. one of my favorites, sungkyung and joohyuk's chemistry is the best. love the characters and the story as well. <3

honestly i liked youngseo and sunghoon way more than hari and taemoo!!! hoping for a season two :(
i think the last two episodes were so so but it was a good romcom overall

honestly, putting the last episode aside, it was all beautiful. it was a wonderful time, i loved their friendship and the way the characters were written.
if i listen to the osts in the future i'll probably get goosebumps and feel nostalgic, it was like i was there with them, watching everything unfold.

idk but for me it does feel like a realistic end. most of the times you don't end up with your first love, hell, i was even surprised with jiwoong and yurim like, their situation was super difficult as well, i think it would be even more realistic if they were not together at the end.
anyways, the last scene k*lled me. when they were reading their letters, i cried a lot!!!!!!! but it was kinda obvious that their relationship was being tested many times and it was getting harder for them, both being professional and so into their work (by this i mean yijin back in the us), it could never work out.
what bothers me the most is that while we got an update about them during 2009, how come her daughter doesn't know any of them?
this is a thing about youth dramas that makes me so sad, it's the fact that our youth is romantized and then when you finish high school or college you have no friends and life is dark etc... it's depressing. i wish they could show us that they were still going strong, maybe heedo being the godmother of jiwoong and yurim's kid and seungwan helping them and idk... it was bittersweet.
but also, it was beautiful. i loved their friendship and i loved the dialogues.
also, i hope yijin had a nice life. he deserves it.

felt the same. i'm more of a romcom/slice of life kind of girl so i was just skipping those dark scenes hoping for something brighter and their friendships bits!
