I see people saying why YZJ is not doing anything while he sees Duan Wu getting tricked and what not but I think as his main man says how he sees DW is like younger YZJ, I think he is just helping her understand the outside world. The business stabbing and how you should not trust easily She has not been out of the pearl farm, if YZJ just help her with everything.. first off why would he? The blood stained pearl seems to be connected to something deeper.. if he was auch a bad guy, he could have just gotten rid of DW.. why let her stay? Why help? I am excited to see how the story follows, how Su MuZhe comes out of it, the revenge plot, the falling in love.. down bad part bit lets see
In short, if the story was everything we wanted, everything we expected, it would be boring.. ITS A DRAMA! I have dropped dramas because the MCs got closer just like that within 2-3 episodes while they were cut throat just a while ago.. iykyk 👀
