Grace & Dong Hee's freak matched. Dad was a surprise. Yet to the reveal the sixth person with super powers. Love the facial expressions of Ki Yong throughout.
This drama is just SOOOOOO Good. Pity those who are not watching it at the moment. Bok Gwi Ju in episode 7 made such an impact with his expressions. Love the transition of him wearing colors as the show progresses.
Dad's plan failed, yes & that's what makes the story interesting at that point. He died a useless death in the show but provides the biggest twist of plot.
I still can't talk abt my opinions on this since I'm like 3 eps into it but there's one thing that's annoying…
I think it's deliberately done to distinguish it from Typical Sageuk dramas as it's a fictional country & not a period drama. S2 has better fashion aesthetics though.
There are way more cringier & less funny dramas rated way above this drama on MDL. So don't trust ratings much & if you love JCW & KYJ, DO WATCH IT. It's fun.
With episode 6, This drama has reached its interval. Nothing to complain here. The depressed dad character consumed by his present because of the past is well done. Gwi Ju deserves all the happiness. Man is so hurt.
