Why do I think that the ml's previous gf is actually gonna be alive and probably faked her own death and is actually living in some foreign country to forget her heartbreak. And in future, when the ml's alibi falls apart and he is about to be convicted guilty, she's gonna show up or found out by fl or something..

It's episode 9 already and there's still no addressing to the most fundamental plot device used in the drama. The freaking time machine!! Who created it? Where did it come from? It's like they put it there in first couple of episodes and then completely forgot about it.
The car is what catapulted this whole story into existence and now it has done a 180 on it's head and has become your typical "whodunnit" mystery.
Seriously, If they wrap the story up without properly exploring the backstory of that car/time machine etc.., it's not just going to be a huge plot hole, but for me, personally the whole thing's gonna be a ridiculous joke!!
Time machines don't just drop from the sky!!

I also don't think that ko mi sook is the culprit. that would be a too obvious resolution for this plot which the writers had put a great deal to complicate. I have also noticed a pattern of them intentionally dumping us with a bunch of incriminating details /clues about each character each episode to just muddy the waters further. but at the least it's safe to say that ko mi sook has an idea about who the culprit is.

But according to original timeline and the investigation reports, she is the one who witnessed the first victim having argument with a man in a green hat in the cafe but later in EP6 when the ML went there to identify the man in the green hat, she wasn't there but still knew what exactly happened at that time in her cafe . that's certainly fishy. Also it further adds to the suspicion that the last known whereabouts of both first and second victims is the cafe and she was the sole witness.

We don't know the culprit for sure till now, but I think it's definitely a female, because we see it in a scene in the first episode itself, where the reporter asks ko mi sook about her new book where she says something along the line that, " do you think a woman can't be a serial killer?" to the reporter. I really think it's the writer's(of the drama) clear and concious attempt to highlight that the killer is indeed going to be a woman.

But still, as you said, I'm still in awe with the disbelief of majority of general Indian population over the fact that we would much rather watch a quality movie in a language we don't understand than watch those generic, nonsensical, bland shitshow disasters they try to pass as movies!! Like, what do you expect???

Hopefully, They'll start showing in near future, as it's happening with anime movies in India, like, I recently watched jujutsu kaisen in theatres in my local city(not a major city). But it will need some time getting used to it. I mean, the lady at the ticket counter there asked me twice that the movie is in Japanese language and whether I'm sure if I actually want to watch it?! That's how unbelievable this change is, and it didn't take that much time.

A mere lead of 57 hearts doesn't seem that conclusive to me, that's considering the fact yhat you're using the heart count on a single specific site as an indication of their popularity, which is, in my opinion, serves as a relevent standerd only if there's a big difference in count, otherwise it's pretty much irrelevent, because personally speaking, I've been a hardcore fan of IU(uaena) for at least last couple of years, and have visited her profile on MDL like, zillions of times by now, but it's only after seeing this article that I realised that there's a heart button on MDL to add artists to your favorites and all. and I don't believe that I'm the only one who's slow on the uptake in that case...😦
