What an amazing actor, his small changes in expressions and challenging and pulling off totally different characters! Can't wait to see what else he'll show us.
What's with all the hate for our FL, I'm only 3 episodes in but she seems fine to me. Maybe because I've seen my fair share of useless FL's, and Yoo Ryung although rash and inexperienced is definitely not dumb or useless, and has a great heart too! That part in ep2 where she shot despite being so scared and the consequences of misconduct really got me.
Really aweome, binged this in two days lol. I've been out of the kdrama loop for a while, cause recent shows just haven't been my cup of tea but this...kept the plot moving forward with character development and awesome acting especially from the charismatic veteran actor Han Seok Gyu.
I'm only on the second episode, but I'm always a sucker for these destiny things, but the part where he covers her eyes so she can win the bet is so cute and sweet omg.
Lies told for love. The ending seemed a tad rushed but I still loved this message that the show surrounded itself around. The last scene where we find out how Shen Hui told a lie from the very beginning by taking in Shen Yun as his own daughter, really got me.
His acting is amazing, those crying scenes of his always get me, still can't believe he hasn't had a lot of roles, but he sure does a good job of choosing a variety of characters and scripts!
The interrogation scene at the beginning of ep 5 was hilarious. Love how real the action scenes are and not all focused on fancy shots and the leads actually get hit a lot, injured, roll down stairs and most importantly they run like their lives actually depend on it. The bromance and comedy is on point too!
Forgive me for this, but I feel like they put two leads together that don't have a lot of serious experience in acting but got the popularity and all we got out of this was awkwardness. Age gaps aren't only pulled off by looks but with acting too and frankly, I don't think Jerry's got enough to pull them both through.
People who are worried and uncomfortable about the age gap, I totally understand like just thinking about that horror with LYT omg...BUT give Lin Shen a chance! He pulls off his roles with a certain charisma without coming off as a creep, and personally I think he looks pretty fine at 39.
The two look like it was a creepy grandpa going after a girl young enough to be his granddaughter
