this was such a sad episode
i love sangun and hwal, they are just giving such great partnership and it was fun to see sangwoon’s conflict regarding dan hwal.
i know people found the ‘look at me’ cringe but i was all over the floor with that, clichés when done well are amazing and here was the same case.
siho low key being the biggest sanghwal shipper. 👏👏
i wish everyone just dies at this point so that they can reincarnate into a beautiful family in the future without all this mess.
i hope we get hwal and sangwoon confession scene in today’s episode, maybe a kiss too (who am i kidding? this will never happen 😭)
it’s also really funny how here everyone is out to get sangwoon (mercilessly hating on her) and sanghwal as a couple too but at the same time twitter and instagram are giving these babies the attention and love they deserve

here the case maybe that hwal was sangwoon’s one sided love.

just finished episode 12 and i have posted my thoughts above because i am jumping up and down over the episode! would love to hear your thoughts as well, please share! ♥️

i tried to connect the dots in my head but i can’t connect shit so like always i am just going to wait for the next episode instead of going in circles about their messy relationships.

BUT siho can have the best sister award. these sisters give me life, they care about each other so much! siho and sangwoon for the win. i know people want hwal to have a happy family and so on but my baby sangwoon deserves siho. their sisterhood is the most genuine relationship after hwal-doyoon. they have no one but each other and they might fight but will sacrifice themselves for the other!!

when this episode started, i was like jeez hwal really doesn’t like her, does he? but by the end of this episode boy came around a full circle and was looking at her with the most love stricken eyes. their conversations are my favorite. how much more open can you get with each other? these guys trust each other so much! no usual i will hide stuff from you because i don’t trust you or want to protect you. except when eul tae said she is his one sided love which i get why he doesn’t want to share.

by the end i was like omg are they going to turn against one another but the preview proved me wrong! hwal and sangwoon side by side till the end!!

NARA! KWON NARA! girl the last five minutes! the way she acted then! stole the show, the switch of realization,, INCREDIBLE!

excited for more to come and i hope hope hope they give us 1000 years ago story in a detailed manner next week. because the angst from just a few scenes had me screaming my head off.

exactly! i want to watch a show and enjoy it without wondering about how things are going wrong because a lot is going right and i want to focus on that!

rolling my eyes so bad right now, if you think dragging Kwon Nara’s name just because you don’t like the story is any good, please talk to a wall.

how stupid can people get? it’s fine if you like a certain ship or storyline but why in the whole wide world would you bash the actor playing the character you dislike. it’s fine if you find sang un annoying because that’s your choice and opinion, which you are entitled to. BUT to call KwonNara untalented in any way or compare her looks to another actor is low. down somewhere i talked about this and i will say it again CLEARLY.

please grow up and differentiate the actor from the character they are playing.

also, a mega thing which is bothering people is the romance. chill, everyone. i personally am a sucker for love because it is very genuine; people fall in love in such situations because they need support in the form a person to help them fight the greater evil. love could be between best friends or between two people who never expected to trust one another but ended up being each other’s partners (romantically) like here is the case.
now again it is YOUR choice that you don’t like the romance but to bash people who do is absurd. i have seen so many people leave watching a kdrama just because they wanted romance but didn’t find it; they never really fight with others over why romance is NOT included. so if you like the show, then please respect the writer’s choice of adding romance ( which we still aren’t sure if there really is any ).

i really wanted to geek out with everyone because i enjoy the show so much but the environment is so messy 😔😔

GSY is a stunning stunning lady and an amazing actress but if I see any slander against Kwon Nara because people like Siho’s character better, I’ll riot.

Kwon Nara is out here playing three drastically different characters (sangun, hwayeon and original bulgasal), that too so beautifully. If anyone comes out and calls her acting or looks bad in any sort of way is a trashy person. She is very GORGEOUS and even though she wears not-so-good clothes, her beauty outshines everything. Her ACTING drop down has been phenomenal throughout.

So anyone who disagrees with me, please don’t bother replying to start a fight and be respectful of all the lead actors and actresses in the show even if you like someone else better.

idk the connection between siho being uncaring and sangun+hwal’s chemistry, siho is a great character and she does care about her sister even prompting sangwoon to realize that she isn’t evil and eventually leading sangwoon to find out what happened 50 years ago but in the scene when sang un comes home, siho’s reaction was very unnatural

way later man, her sister’sreaction should have been immediate or is siho used to sangwoon coming home bruised always?

I am quite pissed that no one cares about sang un, like she literally has her neck bruised so bad and no one asked her about it, not even her own sister. when she returns home, a normal person’s immediate reaction would be to ask what happened because the blue-purple bruises on her neck are easily visible. i know everyone hates her but this just had me fuming for a while.

i was expecting hwal to bring the kid of his reincarnated father to his house, so many people live there why not one more?

this was the best episode till now and sang un-hwal have such intense chemistry! love them both, i hope they finally talk! talk, yes because a lot of things sang un knows and hwal doesn’t while another lot of things that hwal knows and sang un doesn’t.

siho will probably be the one to make sang un remember the past and miss lee will also explain more on the prophecy once she sees fire

one thing i want is sang un angry, like not angry in the way she would be at eul tae but a normal angry. like when her sister comes home pregnant, or hwal never lets her talk; i mean she always gets frustrated but never angry. i want angry sang un

sang un subconsciously remembers her past, even she doesn’t know she remembers

sang un definitely has enough on her plate then to make the guy who wants to kill her go after her sisters ex boyfriend
sang un should’ve inquired about him from siho but i think she was super supportive because she blames herself for their mother’s and sister’s death and tries to make up for it by any means (even siho said so herself that she blames sangun)

i think i am in love with the female lead, she is so fresh because usually we only have three types of female characters in kdramas
1) badass fl, who only knows how to fight and is super straightforward, blunt
2) girly girl fl, who is kinda annoying, rich most of the time, likes dating
3) most common; the girl next door fl, who is clumsy in a ‘cute’ way, everybody loves her, she is absolutely perfect and never cries, brave
like almost all female lead fit into one of these three categories
but here sang woon is so amazing, she cries when she’s afraid and frustrated, she is smart enough to escape from life endangering situations, she cares about her sister who is her only family, she has literally one of the most depressing life but manages to be optimistic

the way the audience is divided into two (exactly like in start up) about who is better is so shitty, because both of them are so much more than ladies who will end up with the guy, they have proper personalities and i really hope we have the story going on as it is because everything makes more sense after each episode. rooting for the ml and fl but i am fine with ml and 2fl too. but i would love it if people stop this attacking of liking which pair better as the story is MUCH MUCH more than the love part.
