the villains are pretty much part of xiao xun's faction (his father, prince of xiaonan) + he later colludes with the northern desert king to invade great chu
xie yanfang (TXT) and deng yi (GMT) have their own agendas but i wouldn't call them outright villains (they don't want to harm the emperor but instead just gain more power)
chu tang, chu zhao's cousin, is an ally! along with the army faction under chu ling/zhong changrong's command

hmm i'd say it's different since chu zhao's rebirth is truly a whole new life! once she cut off xiao xun's path to emperor, it leads to events that she didn't have a chance to experience in her first life
