haha unfortunately some people don’t seem to understand that screentime is still an important tool for fleshing out character arcs, motivations, and establishing narrative significance. yes, bringing up screentime on its own can be a surface-level argument, but it’s hard to believe some people think that’s all fans are upset about 😭 it affects a lot of other things too. what viewer doesn’t want a character they like to be treated with respect?
