Right, XLH is not stupid. She told Jieli she wont covered her because Jieli herself want to steal the treasure. She doesnt like violence therefore she protect Jieli. She also wishes DFQC wont execute his brother as we can see in upcoming clip, she teaches DFQC how to be friendly to his brother.
I also hate Jieli so much to the point I wish DFQC should have killed her. But I think because she was equipped with so many treasures, who knows she can be any help to XLH in the future.
I'm enjoying the series but while I like the fairy, I wish she wasn't so naïve and childlike. I hope she matures…
