The thing Cha Ji Won doesn't get is it's not like he just doesn't love her, he can't love anybody else. And by he is trying so hard to protect the life he has now, we can see how much his family important for him, even if it is not love. Plus it is sad/pitiful to see him suffocate like he is kind of afraid or sometihing about what if she find out truth.. And hell yeah finally all of them going to work together to find culprit.
