I have a feeling that the CEO liked Do Ha rather than the ex-girlfriend. That's why he is constantly is possessive of Do ha and wants to isolate him. He doesn't even seems to care about his wife cheating on him. May be his brother stalked his ex gf during the beach incident and the CEO saw this and they both killed the ex?
