It's definitely 23 episodes long no matter where you watch it. I have watched this drama several times on many different websites. I would recommend watching it on DramaFever since it has the best video quality of all the sites, and also since Gooddrama.net and Viki don't have all the episodes loaded.

This started out great and now it's dragging. BIG TIME!

And the thing with the ex, I just feel like it's unnecessary drama that's just filler to make it to 20 episodes. This has already been extended from 15 to 20 eps, but they really should've wrapped it all up in the 15, because now it's turning to crap.

I may have to put this on hold and just watch the last episode.

I'm really liking this drama so far. The main couple is adorable. The only complaint I have is about Jia Yu. I can't stand her. Her acting is just - BAD. And heaven forbid she should have a crying scene, because it's just cringe worthy! Usually I try not to say bad things about the people in the drama, but I can't help it this time. If Jia Yu accidentally fell off the building in the next episode, in my opinion, it wouldn't have been soon enough!

One of the best dramas I've ever seen - hands down! You will not regret watching this one. I'm going to miss this drama so much. I anxiously awaited Mondays and Tuesdays while this was airing.

I'm not usually one for medical dramas, but this one is great! 10/10 for sure!

This whole story could've been told in about 16 - 20 episodes in my opinion.

Excellent drama! Follows the manga very well and does it justice! Definitely worth watching! Rated a 10!

This had a very strong beginning and will get you hooked pretty quickly. That ending though - it was.... BLAH. I don't think the outcome of the drama needed to be changed, because I expected what happened to happen, but the acting and plot during that last scene could've been a lot better.

Overall, I gave it a 7.

I really liked it. Overall it was a good drama. I gave it a 9. By the end, the mother was son-in-law deep, and that made me happy.

I really only continued watching this for Song Jae Rim (Kay) and Thunder (Jin).

I would give it a 5/10. The story line wasn't very strong, and at some points it just dragged. They were like the Scooby gang with no crime solving potential.

I think the last episode really threw most people for a loop. It really came outta left field and probably should've been at least hinted at earlier in the drama.

I did feel like she ended up with the right person though! YAY!

If you really just need to waste 10 hours with a silly and pretty much predictable drama with some nice eye candy, then this is the show for you!
