I assume they are all just very young and won't understand a good drama with complex themes. For the first time in years I have actually felt good watching a kdrama. Romance dramas don't have to be cringy scenes of falling over each other and accidently kissing each other every time.

exactly how i feel!! past few years i have really not been enjoying kdramas and i have finally found out why after watching this drama. Its because dramas have become really one dimensional. These is no complexity and reality check for especially the young audience. this just hits different as it has all kinds of emotions which the audience can feel.

Come its just a drama!! and some of them hating that the plot is "slow" I dont think this is slow at all I have watched a many dramas with slower plotlines I think this has a normal pace. I absolutely loved the gray characters, the sister and the main lead . I think what makes it a good watch is the characters are not your cliché good people fighting for justice , they have their faults and redeem themselves to a certain point. The recent dramas don't have very faulty characters , they want all their characters to be really pure and innocent. I really miss these kind of dramas tbh

These are exactly my thoughts. I am not really into academic politics or politics in general but i feel like they have made an effort to make it interesting and it shows! but the main reason i like this show is because its not very stimulating. We live in a world where the more stimulating the show is the more people like it, I can see a lot of teens would not like this as its not filled with typical kdrama romance. This is perfect show to watch when studying and working, + its relaxing. There's nothing wrong with watching a cliche drama but if you are young and you watch dramas this puts a false notion on how the world works and you end expecting your life to be like in the dramas but that's just not true. This is something I learnt from personal experience :)
okay I see a lot saying its just a horror movie but here's my take on it. I have always felt things more than an average person would , I get nightmares when something bad is about to come my way. I had to stop watching mid way and just watch the recap. I thank myself for doing that as I would have definitely regretted it. omgg this is exactly what i wanted to say , i hate that people are just being like those in the drama , judging her for being an older woman. "there's no chemistry between the leads " I just despise this sentence, it was absolutely present it's just that people hate seeing older woman acting. I think the younger generations must really think about the issues addressed in this drama as there is a possibility of them facing these issues in the future
