how was Toni's grandma a rich realtor owner but also poor mother? she said she wasn't able to take care of her son when he was a kid because they were poor but he always was a good kid. but then she said she'd known Jang since their like possible mid age 20s or late? (when he started his company maybe) and they were around the same age. so if you connect the dots, how was she able to fund for Jang's company and also struggle taking care of her child?
There's a lot of negative reviews about this drama," saying it's not worth the hype", "the storyline sucks". I…
it is a very different drama. even the trailer i felt a different vibe so i feel like i could never compare the two on which one's better. but i can say which one i like more, and that's CLOY. CLOY combines comedy, anger, sadness, and love all in one and you can feel it and you get really excited to watch the next episode and there's a lot of spooks but Itaewon... lacked a few emotions or some were shown more than the other. it's not a show for everyone but there are some really good parts. so honestly... try it? maybe 3-5 episodes.
It was much more enjoyable than one would think after reading the reviews. Especially the first half, before wild…
for me, i didn't think she was predictable until maybe the last two episodes? i hated her throughout the whole show starting episode 3. i thought she really was just selfish and complaint a lot. i also didn't find her forgettable since she was in the schemes of things and would show up like 4 times in one episode
someone here asked "why did Seung Jun die after getting shot once when Se-ri and Jeong had been through multiple almost death scenes but still survived and gotten together". and i couldn't agree more. the hurt i felt when he died for Dan. She had finally found someone and so had he after years of being alone and rejected they finally both got to have someone to love... but NOPE. the writer pulled a "that's life" card. I'm sad but the rest of the show makes up for it.
Into episode 4 and not sure if I can stick it out. My main issue so far is actually the female lead's family -…
the thing that made me mad was the fact her mom went BEHIND her back and switched her major and her daughter forgave her after a couple days. I would've been mad. It's her future job not an elective class.
i think we all knew Seung Kwon and Hyun yi would start flirting. I hated the last scene of Soo Ah finding love. even if she intended to get revenge on Jang, she still was annoying. Yi Seo definitely got cringe with her forcing Sae Ro Yi to like her. It'd get so cringe when he'd obviously tell her to stop and he made that face he always makes. I was hoping Geun Won was going to change... and maybe find love but nope, that's the slice of life I guess. I couldn't stop but laugh though when CEO Jang was on his knees crying. I wanted to know more of a backstory such as where his siblings were or something. And did any understand what that secretary of his meant at the end when he was talking to Soo Ah?
oh i agree, i hadn't even been at the 4 years after part when i read this. they also made some errors with it i think. like the old guy said something as in "they feared me six months ago" but it's been 4 years... lol, i hope that makes sense
