Since we like a lot of the same drama's i recommend the Korean drama You're Beautiful. There's also a Japanese remake version called Ikemen Desu Ne.

Ugh I've hated Harry from the beginning! I'm actually pretty scared for the next few episodes i hope Jung woo doesn't die and the scene they keep showing us is just to trick us somehow.
