People maybe looking forward to leads romance but I am more interested to see how they fight along each other. ML is sword guy and FL is Archer. So we have Aragorn and Legolas already. If the comic relief guy who is with ML starts carrying Axe, we have the Lord of the rings trio completed
- First episode was boring but it picked up near the end and was a fun ride till 10 episodes. - 11th episode was the highlight and actors bought their A game. - 12th was dog shit. None of it made any sense and they did anything they wanted with no explanation. - Final episode was bland and uninteresting.
This is an anti Kdrama in many ways till the final few episodes. Leads were good together. Going to rate this 8/10
Irrelevant controversy and review bombing of the drama. First episode was boring but it picked up after the rooftop. It has been a fun ride so far till 8 episodes. Plus the episodes are under 60 minutes and doesn't drag too much
At 14 episode, still the drama has managed to hold my interest. Last 2 episodes were better than 11 and 12.
- Credit to drama that each lead are doing their own things. - We are finally getting that "They match each other's freak" couple - This is yet another drama where I feel they should have done linear story telling instead of flashback - What if we saw 6-8 episodes of FL being bought up with her harsh life and how the trio was actually formed along with the romance with 2ML which we never saw, - Similarly, a contrast would have been happy life of ML turning sour one day and how it changed him. - The emotional pay off of the recent fallout of trio, prince and the ML-Father would have been that much sweeter. - And as a result of linear story, they don't have to invent new plotlines now to fill 38 episodes. We could have reached the same point around 20 episode if linear story telling was used.
