I love how Shi Yijie is just so open and straightforward about his feelings. Whether is it all the advices about life he gave or facing problems head-on, it proves that communication is key in life.
This is one of the better BL shows that i’ve watched. Sometimes, the simpler the storyline, the more enjoyable it is to watch. We don’t need lots of dramatic ex girlfriends or rivals in love. Just pure and simple character stories will do the job. I’m surprised myself with the rating i gave this show. ?
I feel that the suicide flashback scene was used too many times in the show. And some of flashbacks are quite draggy. It could have ended with fewer episodes by having a faster pace. Overall story plot was quite interesting but i enjoyed WinTeam as a couple more. Looking forward to HempRope! Shall read the novel in the meantime.
I noticed the camera taking turns in focusing on Mi Hyang & Kim Joon Young’s hands too. The anxious one would be wringing her hands while the one plotting would just clasp her hands in a relaxed manner.

To think that i was against watching this in the 1st place, thinkng that the plot was lame. I couldn't have been more wrong. Haha. I bawled my eyes out, paused, went to wash my face, came back to replay the scene again n bawled harder. Hahahaha. The acting of the leads n the storyline was daebak. Must-watch.
