not 70% of the tumor but 70% of the stomach wasn't it?
I don't think so, 70% stomach as in the organ for digestive system, not the tumor. She now only has 30% of her stomach left, but I think the tumor is in the 70% stomach that was taken so she should be free now
A lot of people here don't appreciate it being used in a rom-com. I personally hate it when writers throw in cancer…
and the worst part is...now that she's sick, their family will only regret it because she's sick, not because they understand SR and got her point accrossðŸ˜
they can't make me hate Seok Ryu but I do hate the writer and the situation now. They could have gone so many…
AGREED! I LOVE SR. But the plot could be miscarriage (like some people mentioned as one of the theories), or depression, or something else like you said. I feel pissed that now her family will regret bcs of the sickness, not because they try to understand SRðŸ˜
It's not a terminal illness.... she literally went through treatment. I've seen a bunch of people call it that…
But the writers themselves use it as such--"a big thing that happened"🥲 If we're not to consider it as that serious, they could use another illness or plot tbh. This kind of reaction is what they're intended. They even make it stage 2 to make it more logical for her to be more healthy now and in the future. I know it'd be happy ending but idk I have a mixed feeling about this🥲

agreed omg. They don't really need this sick card. Re-evaluating life is already valid and heavy enough as a plot. Add to it the family issues, so relatable. Now it feels like nothing with the sick card being playedðŸ˜
I love SR as a character especially her relationship with her dream and her family. But her being sick is such…
I know people are sick all the time, but idk, probably because I'm tired of the same plot, seeing it twice in a row in a romcom a.k.a QOT. Bad timing, if the release date is further apart, it'll probably better received🥲
The writers could also use another plotline. Something big doesn't need to be terminal illness. Someone even mentioned the theory of iscarriage, depression, etc.
I'm still really enjoying this tbh. We knew she had some reason for staying off work for a year and were already…
I love SR as a character especially her relationship with her dream and her family. But her being sick is such a lazy writing from the writers😠still enjoy it but might skip eps 9 until eps 10 or 11 is out😂
