I guess it is a cultural thing. I don't see it around me at all but I have long accepted it that it is a Korean culture thing so I don't get so frustrated anymore. In the past, I used to get really perturbed by it too.

I am okay with the parents because most parents always think they know best and have the children's interests in mind. However, the wife is a really crazy case.
