So I read some comments earlier and ppl were mad at the ml, while i don't agree, i get it. Its just funny bc i was expecting ppl to talk abt the fl's behaviour, but i didn't see a comment abt that. She ghosted a guy after running away without any explanation whatsoever, given her situation, that's fine. She lied abt her whole life to get a job, she claimed someone else's child as hers, i get it, she's desperate. But to do so without the consent of the parent? I'd say that's crossing a line no matter how close you are with them. Talk about hypocrisy
Just how does the left minister have all that power tho? He enthroned the current king by killing the former king and crown prince, okay. Why can he control the current king? By threatening him using Crown Prince Kang? But can't a king just kill him, secretly assassinate him if be? He can kill anyone in his way, but the royal family can't just take him out? And all this just to be the king's in-law? Its not like he can be the king himself, he'll grow old and wither away anyway this is based on what i remember and i watched the first two eps ages ago so i might be forgetting smth
I agree. I've been watching without being primed that she's a bad actress, so I haven't really noticed and I think…
i am not for or against this actress, i have not watched The impossible heir either but i think what u are talking about proves good direction not good acting.
The last couple eps HURT me It's always a delight to watch Kento Yamazaki but srsly Otarō is also such an enjoyable character. Oh and Mackenyu. The idea is super unique. The romance didn't really hit for me tho
i don't need to critique this drama, lazy writing at it's finest but i simply wish they would explore the second lead couple more 😭 Baek Sanghyeon was the most interesting character bc he had a drive and wasn't simply reacting. Meri's mother was such a lovely, supportive mom! Maybe bc i just finished a show w a sucky mother, it feels extra good anyways, bae nara's eyes are a work of art
Actually, I am about to watch this drama, but I want a spoiler about their divorce... I mean, I saw many YouTube…
ML wanted a divorce, FL didn't. While at surface level, it was bc she always gave in to her family and society. And mind you, her family is an impossible bunch. But more importantly, Qin Nan saw the fl as his hope for the world, he admired her, so when his hope was losing light and his perfect image of her came crumbling down, u can imagine how he felt. To completely understand him tho, you'd have to watch the whole thing. Esp ep 16-17
her mom is so freaking annoying omg she annoys me with every damn word that comes out her mouth. That workplace flashback was smth else alright, I had to grit my teeth through it and then she just vanished after getting her fired?? Parents like these do not deserve children; they ruin the lives of both the child they discriminate against and the child they favor, and most of all, they ruin the beautiful thing that is sibling love
