There's a lot of surgery scenes and I think the main location in future eps will be the hospital but the main plot is romantic, and LJS is really cute in this, don't hesitate to try it out!

I just read a review which said the whole thing was just a dream, I'm confused? I thought that part was just his dying monologue? Did I pay enough attention to the movie OTL
