So i just previously posted a freakin long comment, but to sum it all up:
WTF???!!
I JUST watched the 10th episode and it's like a parody soap opera. I even laughed at that ending bit. Wtf was that?? Great actors, great acting, but wtf writers...
Is it just me or is the writing kinda bad??? I mean... it seems like the writers can't decide in which direction they wanna go.. Don't get me wrong, i kinda like the idea of it all and the acting is great, but wtf, i am so confused... It feels like the story is spinning and spinning and spinning around, like.. just get to the point?? They show scenes that look like they are supposed to be suspenseful, then all of a sudden they make it seem like there is a big revelation that is supposed to be shocking, but actually, it's all stuff we knew ages ago and some of the characters (i thought) should know too! But instead they react like it's big news.. Then there is this back and forth with the leads that gets old after a while... Then i really couldn't and still can't understand the grandfather. Since the beginning i just couldn't understand what he was supposed to be. My problem was that it seemed like his whole personality and attitude from before just all of a sudden changed openly and no one reacted to it. And it made me question, if it was just me, like "maybe i wasn't paying enough attention." Okay whatever.. But now they are shifting the blame on the grandfather entirely and suddenly make it seem like the stepmom is innocent? What?? And not only that, but all of a sudden she reveals the BIG secret, just because the show is about to end... Seriously??? What exactly was the whole purpose of everything she did? Like it don't make any sense anymore?? Timing my foot.. timing because the show is about to end. I need proper explanations... Now generally speaking, leaving out any specifics, sometimes the characters are smart sometimes really dumb, depends on what is convenient for the plot. It feels like a soap opera... Imo the drama started off solid but has turned into a wattpad story. Such a shame cause i really liked the characters personalities (even though they made poor decisions sometimes or were dumb all of a sudden) and as i've said, the acting is very good.
Please tell me if i just missed some big points in the story or if it makes sense for me to be confused af ^^

I just doubt because you said he is not xD And i tend to doubt myself first, even when i think i know or i'm right. I am also not that familiar with him. But since he seems to work non stop these days i can't help but notice him xD Like seriously... is he a workaholic? how many dramas he squeezes into in one year!

There are MANY other exciting dramas to watch xD A few weeks ago i watched the chinese drama "Oh no here comes trouble" then i recently watched the korean drama "Mysterious brothers", then there i the Netflix One Piece adaptation that i actually NOT a big disappointment, but rather pretty cute and cool with a great cast. Also there is "See you in my 19th life" that is pretty nice as well. of course so many more, also older ones, right now i am rewatching Vincenzo, but i guess you have probably already seen it.
Still kinda funny though, but makes sense i guess :D Nice that they respected and asked Oda for stuff. I heard they also asked him if there is electricity in One Piece and Oda had to think about it for some time. He then told them to use it.
I was a sceptic at first, i was like Mackenyu "How are they gonna do it?", but then i saw how much effort they put and my mind changed after watching episode 1. The set, the actors.. they really broke the curse, as others have said! It's honestly cute and i think while it isn't perfect, they did really well this time :) Can't wait...
it's so funny how this is listed here as a japanese drama phhahahahaaha xD But it was so much fun, very cute cringe, i liked it a lot and i hope for a second season!! <3
This is seriously the worst drama i have started since like.. forever... idk, i can't remember the last time i was this bored. I still gave it a change up until episode 3, then i've had enough.. I was only interested in the mystery behind his condition, but tbh, it's not worth it. I don't like the main characters. Wtf is this script? And the ml did his girlfriend so dirty by saying "i need time to figure something out", then just dumping her without any explanation. She was one of the few characters that i actually liked. For once i agree with the others: The fl is so annoying! Yes indeed, this time around i completely agree... This drama flopped for me. Their good looks can't save it either.

No wonder i loved this, because i LOVE Under the skin, like.. loooove it! Hope for a solid 2nd season.. Aaand i love Natsume Yuujinchou, i still think about it after years! ^_^ These types of shows / anime are just my style. I think because i am an emotional person. Also, i really am not a fan of too much romance tbh, i mean sometimes. If it is TRULY romantic, like, mature and done well it's fine, but i sometimes don't like this basic romance in asian dramas. Like, i gotta be in the mood to receive it. For example i LOVE the romance in "Flower of evil", but i couldn't quite connect with the romance in "What's wrong with secretary kim". Not to say that it was a bad drama, but not my favorite either. It was missing things that i personally value about a good show. But seriously, Under the skin, Flower of evil.. such shows are giving my brain that thing that i understand and like. I can just feel it ya know xD But i MUST say one thing about Flower of evil: It is absolutely perfect, like PERFECT!!!! Until... one thing happens in the end and i just pretend that the ending was different. In my mind, i have my own perfect ending haha.

Yes, i rarely ever rewatch, i mean i basically never rewatch.. But THIS i rewatched just a day after finishing it. I just had to! (even though i fast forwarded some scenes). Just as you, i absolutely appreciated it more the second time! ^_^
This was amazing. Pulled me right in from the start! I think i found new favorite actors now, especially Tseng Jing Hua and Cao Guang Yan. This drama makes me feel some type of way ngl, it just pulls at the right strings for me. The emotional response that i am getting here kind of reminds me just a liiittle bit of "Move to heaven". But it really is it's own thing. Very unique! I am a person who feels things deepl And i resonate so much with this dram, specifically wit the ML. The story is done in a way that keeps you interested till the end. It doesn't overexplain anything from the start, it just goes with the flow so naturally and you just get it and can't help but feel these deep emotions. Sure, the story telling might get a little slow in the middle, but i bet you this was intended, as it just added to that phenomenal beginning and ending. I really like the main character, he feels deeply, he has the best expressions. And i also really like the other main guy, he is so quirky and caring. The mom is so great too!
