Putting the whole scene at the end to the side, the show WAS cringy. Especially with lines such as 'or should I take it off' and just overall scenes that belong on wattpad. It was awkward to watch and it wasn't 'hot' as the writers probably intended. The plot may not be the worst but it definitely wasn't perfect. Perfect would be an exaggeration as the plot did have its flaws with the mystery not being conveyed to the best of its capability. We're not victimising ourselves, maybe search the word up before using it? We're just choosing not to defend what we don't stand for? Why is that so hard for you to understand?

The show was only somewhat good within the first 4 episodes but after that it felt like not much was happening despite so much of the mystery unfolding and this is likely to have been because the mystery wasn't worth gripping into. I understand that it concerns the leads so we're supposed to be invested in the mystery yet it didn't feel relevant since the focus of the mystery shifted towards the whole plot concerning the orphanage. I got bored of the show much earlier on so that's why I'm saying the entirety of the show was bad. Also the end was just a mess in itself, you can't confidently tell me that the last episode wasn't poorly executed. Sure it was the last episode so it doesn't have a huge impact on the show overall yet it did influence my last impression of the show. Writers do refer to real life situations but its not about that, it's about the fact that the writer decided to portray the fictional Palestine in a negative light as a form of propaganda for Israel. The fact that this was in the last episode and at the end emphasises its element as propaganda as it prevented people from being able to boycott. You can't just deny this fact by saying that it 'fits' in with the roles within the show

Yes it was a fictional scenario. Yet they took the immoral stand on it. The mystery of the show, sure it was there, but the point is that it was bland and not interesting. The same plot has been recycled so many times in kdramas and it doesn't include anything new. The plot is also restrictive to the 'mystery' and romance which does not allow for much more to hook onto

Also 'fictional scenarios'??? The show is clearly trying to hint at the real life genocide and if you're letting a show blind your morals in the situation then its truly just pathetic. Just because you think the show is 'good' doesn't mean you just support its decision in that matter

Idk why you keep talking about the 'mystery' within this show because it wasn't THAT great, it was just like every other kdrama attempting to include a suspenseful plot. And idk why you're failing to understand this but a simple romance show does NOT deserve the platform to take a political stand, it was disgusting and vile that the writer decided to do that

The plot felt all over the place with the brothers and the so called mystery was explored mainly towards the end. The romance was quite cringy with all the 'wattpad' lines and scenes. It felt like they just randomly fell in love without any build up which was disappointing. At the end they clearly bring up names similar to those of Palestine and 'Israel' whilst claiming that Palestine had taken hostages

The show was so bad and overall the plot was boring and cringy. If by personal issues you're referring to the political stand that the show took, ofc we're going to consider it when watching a show. I'm not going to root for a show that stands for genocide

When it aired the episodes were 30 minutes long so netflix just combined them into an hour each

only ep 11 and 12 if I remember correctly are worth the watch after that because the plot just gets recycled

I feel like at the start its decent and Yuri's character can get a bit annoying but as the focus shifts to Cha's case we get more invested and personally I think it gets much better

It continues to be a decent watch but personally I didnt like how they executed the plot as it kind of loses it's charm in a sense?
