On the downside, I know what aspect i hate abt this series. It's on how they put sound effects.


There was a particular scene where I was so focused on how these people throw lines, but the vlog-type music softly playing in the background is kinda distracting?

I mean editing superb! But to the musical scorer (?) please know when to put a sfx

Overall, Mico is childish. Im counting on Xavier next week to man up and get his man HAHA

Imagine Gameboys Episode 10 is really the finale. And we dont have something to look forward to 2 weeks from now. The thought of it makes me cry hahaha.


Before I was scared of how the plot is going to continue after Ep 10. But right now, im just grateful cause, even with the thought of having 3 eps, the 2 weeks waiting time really makes me feel the separation anxiety.


Ugh The Gameboys Effect hahaha

They're done with eps 1-10. It was recently decided to add 3 eps. As I was following Ash on twt, he just finished writing the scripts for 11-13 less than 2 weeks ago

Dont even try to explain cause i am pretty sure that she watched Gameboys with a thinking that HS is better than this show, instead of watching it for the story.

That's why she can only see all the wrong things in this series hahaha

Ugh i cant! They're so in love. I mean how can they find love in this pandemic, while I cant even get a person to chat with :((( HAHAHA

This particular episode 6 (not the whole series) resonates a not-so-powerful message. What makes this series very good is the editing. I love how the editor made it seem like they are in one frame.

Yeah, the friends scene was okay. But overall, episode 6 is somehow homophobic (which is in contrast to the message of the friends scene)

This is an okay series, but I believe that it will just land as just "another PH BL". I do hope that eps 7 and 8 will give us something out of the box

But, anyways, im keeping my expectations low so that it will be surpassed by the succeeding eps :))

Cant you see how indie actors are often better than mainstream actors? GB just proved it. The casts' acting prowess are just perfect.

I hope that Elijah and Kokoy (and Adrianna) will get more projects cause they deserve it

Okay... this episode is finale levels hahaha im gonna consider it as MY finale and the remaining 3 eps as special episodes HAHAHA like, i love how it ended and wanted it to stay that way.

Imma consider the next eps as a gift so that we wont be experiencing great separation anxiety hahahaha

At first I was worried about the additional Episodes... now, im very mich ready for it. I mean they cant leave us hanging with how the episode 10 ended??? I need to know more hahahaha

GB is back at ut again with the 8.8 rating. Maybe they are still on the edge of 8.8 and 8.7 that's why it's fluctuating but I hope it stays there because this series deserves a high rating

Episode 10 later!!! Will we get a meet-up scene or even a kissing scene (with the pandemic, the kiss maybe unprobable hahaha)

Kilig is a filipino term that means feeling exhilarated due to romantic experience or situation.

The friends being not judgmental is the weakest way to promote normalization of the LGBT im the context of the Philippines since most of us in our generation are more accepting haha i hope it was portrayed in a deeper manner if they're going for that message

Uhm i think because this episode is full of clichés that's why it was accepted by many viewers. However, what concerns me about this series is to its ability to be progressive. Challenge the status quo. Because as of now, especially right now, we need plot that resonates a powerful messagr through a well-written plot. And I just think this series is just created to ride the BL wave or to make us "kilig".

We really need LGBT scriptwriters.

I mean it's good, but HS will only be "another BL" if they will continue to follow these, sometimes problematic, tropes

But, imo, those aren't really jobs but business that he inherited hahaja plus he still receives support from a relative so he's not really independent hahaha

I dont think that the account owner is biased whenever giving comments haha. I mean I love HS episodes but when im reading his/her review, I can see those technicalities. It's like he is critiquing to give a perspective that others might not see. But so far, those critiques are objective based on how he/she justifies his/her claims

IM HOPING THAT CRYSTAL WOULDNT BE USED AS A PLOT DEVICE. I hope that her character was written in a way like Kookai's (not toxic)

If episode 13 ends on a not so great note, I would consider ep10 as the finale hahaha since it was originally the ending plus it has that vibe (accdg to the company). And i would consoder the 3 addtl eps as special episodes hahaha

But i do hope ep13 would give us a powerful ending!!
