Same! I watched a few times some scenes with Zifeng and Pianou. And I noticed that Zifeng became more caring toward her. But I thought he knew the truth about her since she had accident in 13th episode. Or since when he met Yaqi. I remember when I was really annoyed when brother Zherui yelled that she's a girl. I thought then: maybe I should give you a microphone? Tell the entire world about this >.< *sarcasm* I was angry because Zifeng could hear it if he came to the clinic...

I remember how I thought that Zifeng could hear them or something, because Yanou aloud admitted that she's a woman. They talked so loudly that everyone can hear them ... Zifeng could hear it. Zifeng probably wanted to talk with brother Zherui, right? I don't remeber clearly. But I forgot about this... until now. Shock and disbelief.
