TO ALL THOSE WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT NUT'S ATTITUDE, PLEASE FIND TIME TO READ THIS POST. Not All BL are about kissing, sex, and being Sweet all the time. Nut's attitude won't be able to understand by people who never experienced nor understand what he experienced as a child. I swear, I understand how you feel, but try to put yourself on his shoes. Believe me, there's a lot of gay men like Nut who suffered or even currently suffering from their parents' belief towards gay people. Understand the flow of the story and the characters the actors portray. I have a gay brother who is rebellious until today. My parents and him aren't talking for years now. I am the only one who understand him and able to talk to him. This BL really widens my understanding towards my brother. This BL gives us a product of wrong parenting, which is Nut. No doubt the production team decided to air this in Channel 3 where local people in Thailand can watch it, despite knowing they might receive negative feedbacks from older generation. For me the story teaches us the lesson, esp our parents, that what we think is right, is not always the best thing for our kids. BTW, there's a lot of gay couples out there who are having toxic relationships worst than Nut and Tofu. There's a lot of reason, and one of which is the same as Nut's. FYI.
Can we all agree Nut doesn't deserve Tofu? Thanks.(or his mom for that matter. That poor woman, I just want to…
I'm sorry, but I disagree. His attitude won't be able to understand by people who never experienced nor understand what he experienced as a child. I see a lot of comments hating Nut's attitude towards his mom. TBH, I feel sorry for both of them. Try to put yourself in their shoes. (1) a son who did and doing everything to make his mom better, but feels like he's the only one trying. (2) a sick mom who see hallucinations of his dead husband whom she loves the most. Doesn't want her son to get mad but doesn't want to stop seeing his husband's hallucination at the same time.
Not all of us live a normal life. There are families out there who are really in this situation. We won't be able to understand them unless we experience it.
I have no idea how this series will end but I'm pretty sure Tofu became human for a reason. I see comments hating Nut for hurting Tofu too. Well, this series is too close to reality despite being a fantasy. No human is perfect. I can't relate to Nut, but seeing him carry all those burdens at young age makes me feel that I am a lucky person. Maybe some of you would hate Nut for his anger issue, but he needs help. Not sure if you already met a person with anger issues, but I did. It's easy to tell that person to stop being angry all the time, but I'm pretty sure it's really hard to those individuals who are in this situation in reality.
Job did a very good job in portraying Nut's character. Sarin, also did a good in portraying the teddy bear's character. Let's be real, how do you treat your teddy bear? We hug them, and treat them as our best friend and the only thing that we can rely on when we're sad. BUT.. we punch them or strangle them when we are angry, mad, and surprisingly, even if we are very very happy.
