There are two timelines... Have this in mind... Title is the killer of Dome but Tonkla probably killed someone else... Again there are two timelines and it's confusing for us to understand what is happening right now...

There is also the possibility of two timelines... The one where Win moved in with Tonkla and the other timeline where Win was formed about the fingerprints... Tonkla did not killed his brother in the one timeline.. in the second timeline probably killed someone else... That's just my theory of course!

Tonkla could have killed anyone ... His brother, Korn even the detective ( although the last one I think he is alive in both timelines... ) also I have a feeling that the dead bodies in the two timelines are different ... But that's my speculation...

I read many comments below that Tonkla is addicted to sex... Until now he does not seem to be addicted... That's not how sex addicted people act... He likes sex of course and yes he finds comfort in sex but he is not addicted... There is a golden line between addiction and pleasure and he has not cross it yet... People who are addicted to sex think about it every day every hour and they can't live normal without having sex... This poor guy was neglected by his bf for weeks... He was horny yes but not addicted...
