Yes! In episode 7-8 her daughter, son and her husband mom got to know the truth but they decided to hide from Dr. cha. But eventually Dr. cha found it by herself in the last scene of ep8.

Well the only point I can relate to you is the first point! Yes the script seems to be a bit weak. I also don't like how those ML and FL talking like they are from future in front of anyone like it could be Hella dangerous for them.
