I think they already had decided to put this drama on Hiatus after ep 16 even from ep 1 cuz on Netflix they already shows when or which date the next episode will be available, you can check to Extraordinary Attorney Woo as a proof you will see the next episodes release date. But in AOS they showed all the dates till ep 16 even 2 months ago so I wondered why they didn't mention ep 17 to 20 episodes date so here is the answer LOL.
