Because Disney+ don't have services to the half of the world(same in my country too TT). And some regions don't have an access to it if it is available. Honestly a lot of K-dramas fan are against it like me who wanna watch officially or legally.

That drama was 7.5/10 for me. I like it at some scenes but boring somewhere.... That drama started with a good start but go downhill when Ra El started feelings for KY. Honestly she would be more badass if there is not any romance but still I don't regret to watching it ^^
