Article January 2019 Dramas Overview: Premieres & Themes
Thank you for this list. Unfortunately, what I watch and plan to watch, depends mostly on what gets subbed.
From your list, I am currently watching: Wind Bell, The Crowned Clown, Blessings of the Sea.
I plan to watch: Babel,
I would love to watch CDrama Yan Shi Fan, Spy Hunter, Behind the Scenes.
Also quite a few of the Japanese drama you listed, such as Mikazuki, Keiji Zero, and others.
I hope they get subbed (both the Chinese and the Japanese.)

Right now, in the U.S it is only Viki and Netflix.
In Asia there is also Viu and One TV Asia - but I do not know how to request from them.

They do not license or sub drama. They copy subs from legal sites. So no point requesting from them, unless there is a legal source of subs.
