OHMYGODI almost had a respiratory failure in the last five minutes! And when I found my breath again I realized…
The characters communicate in English
because the character, Malvis, is Korean and has gone to live in Thailand. Since he doesn't speak Thai, English is the only language he can use to communicate. However, the actors are not native English speakers, and their strong Thai accents are very noticeable, which can make some scenes feel a bit awkward or cringe. Still, it's not really their fault, because according to the story they are supposed to be speaking English.

enough ENOUGH with the english
What happens is that Malvis is supposed to be Korean, so being in Thailand, he speaks in English. The thing is that the actors are Thai and their accent is very strong in English and that makes them a bit of cringe. So I understand why the scenes are like that, but I can't see the scenes either hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣

i wish domundi would air multiple series at once like gmm so we could watch this along with dwy... they really…
I don't think it's due to a lack of investment in directors. I think it's because they use a different formula than GMMTV. They tend to release many series at the same time. Even when a BL couple could become very famous and build a strong fandom, the series often lose impact because the attention is divided among several shows airing simultaneously.

As a result, those series sometimes pass without much notice. You don't see many edits or discussions on social media because it feels like not many people are watching them. In the end, some couples even stop working together because they didn't receive enough support.

💖 First Impressions of Duang With Me 🇹🇭✨

I couldn’t wait any longer, so I finally started watching Duang With Me, a series I had been really looking forward to. Ever since I saw this pair on the reality show Friendship, I loved them together, so I was really excited to watch their series.

Before starting it, I read some comments saying the show was a bit cringe. Since I’ve only watched the first episode, I can’t really judge yet, but honestly every series, book, or movie has at least one moment that feels a little cringe, so I don’t see it as a big issue.

The scenes where the friends help Duang try to make Qinn fall for him were really fun. They reminded me of school days when you would try to set up your friend with the guy she liked and make little plans to bring them together. It felt really cute and nostalgic.

So far I’m really enjoying the series. Also, productions from Domundi are usually the ones I trust the most when starting a Thai BL. Their shows usually have great OSTs 🎶, beautiful music, good cinematography and production quality, and solid acting. Many Thai actors sometimes struggle with acting, and that’s actually the kind of cringe I can’t stand. A slightly cringe scene is fine, but when the acting itself is bad and that’s what makes it cringe… that’s much harder for me to watch.

bro I CANT. I think Chet might be one of the most annoying characters I’ve ever watched in a BL lol. He’s…
Of course, he is the legitimate son of the family, who had his father and mother on his side. Especially his mother who was able to commit any madness to secure the position in the company to her beloved son.
But all that went to sh*t, when his mother got sick and his brother who hates so much took back everything that rightfully should belong to him. That's why he behaves like this, he hasn't had to fight like Pheem, the others have done it for him. Now that he has to defend his own, he is not able, and in order to cope with all these defeats he is drugg*d. It can be an annoying character for someone, I feel funny and sorry at the same time. But I also think he's a very good character. 🩷

Not only is the actor who plays Chet incredibly handsome, but he also acts amazingly well. His character is very emotional - he can be funny at times, but in the tragic moments, like when he thinks Pheem killed his mother (even though we all know it was that evil sister)🙄, he delivers such an impressive intensity.

Kissing on the nose is so weird. He’s not a dog.
Kissing a person on the nose is not weird, it is very common.

I haven’t watched a Jdrama in ages and this one honestly surprised me. It’s cute, refreshing, not annoying…
1. Ai no, Gakko.(A teacher and a host )
2. Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo (A nurse and a doctor)
3. Your Eyes Tell (film. A clandestine boxer and a blind girl)
