It was okey. I think the expectations based on the description were too high. I feel like they could have done a better job writing the script and choosing the actors. Even though I love Ryan and Zhouye they felt bland and for half of the drama, the expressions the ml had oh his face were basically non existent. I had trouble reading his emotions because of it, and felt problem with feeling the relationship. I feel like they should have gone with actress like liu yi fei who is more experienced. Overall this drama got me missing TPOB and coroners diary. The shit with their marriage was absolutely unnecessary. This drama would be good for those who not expect much + stop making SMLs have so much screen time when all they do is piss you off.

Dropped, skipped and else. I have a problem with jdramas. I just can not stand female leads that are either trying to be overly cute or just undecided. Here she was everything that annoyed me. Honestly the few scenes I saw yukino she was more interesting than the fl. Can someone recommend me a jdrama where FL is honestly a good bitch? Something like that, I’ve seen the Japanese adaptation marry my husband already.

The second part was really - wtf?

Yeah, I could feel that he fits the role, but the stoic expressions was not it, but considering that I've noticed that this is not a high budget drama, I'm not so much disappointed. I think the rating here 8.2 is right.

It was ok. I still think that Bi Wen Jun is not particularly a good actor. He has like two faces and it sometimes hard to watch. Zhang Yu Xi is better and fit the role, but the thing that kinda threw me off was that, when they got together the FL was childish. I guess, I expected more mature relationship, I don’t know.. this drama is ok but nothing special.

I also enjoyed this drama but after the middle, some plot holes started to come up. This Qin who took the ladies to the capital was playing quite a big role but later on his role was basically reduced to nothing, also the whole Qin family, I also thought Fu Ling and the general and their romance line would be bigger, but later on when something important happened to Qin Wan she was not there, nor her reaction was shown. The sidekick of annoying Xiang, I think Shougang, was married after one interaction and very fast was pregnant, the FL kiddnapped, and suddenly ML rescues her. Idk whether the number of episodes were reduced because of china new policies, but some moments where done very quick and I was like what. Overall, it was very nice.

Hey, so I wanna watch this after coroners diary but I gotta know what is like the relationship between leads here before I jump into this. Do they break up or have like annoying second leads? Overall something that would piss me off, that is unreasonable.

I've tried to watch this and completed 3 episodes. It was so bad, that bad. Like, FL was kidnapped, and there was no emotion on her face? The thing that struck me was that she was living under a gangster and kidnapper basically sold, and she was happily living on a pseudo island, sitting by the lake, and relaxing? It made no sense. From the description, I can read that she later investigates her sister's death, but how? She did nothing to help herself out of the situation. I'm sorry, but judging from the three episodes, it seems to me that the director and screenwriter tried to appeal to the male audience. A woman can fear something, but she just gave up?

No. Im gonna rant about LIU YU NING COZ THIS MAN HAD ME GIGGLING AND MY HEART. Honestly I loved the most the beginning of the drama when he was a red flag but he acted it SO PERFECT LIKE MY HEART KEPT SKIPPING A BEAT. like THIS IS THE MAN. Later on it was more comedy sort of, so he wasn’t like that anymore (except for a few scenes, like choking a maid who told him about the painting, rest of jealous scenes), I kinda wished he was like a cold ml for the whole drama so I could simp like I never did before. Also shout out to the FL she was also great with brains, liked it. Kinda wish she was more crazy, but this also fits. Once again, LIU YU NING ✊🏻so handsome and can sing. Now I’m gonna act like I’ve never wrote this. Anyways, please be always a red flag. Sending kisses. 💋🫦

The ending was so good 😭 I think it was the best from all the cdramas I’ve watched. Literally cried, and the meaning behind it. The story is just so full, you can see that they loved to do this drama. It had everything. A brilliant gem 💎

is it rushed tho for main leads? and overall is there a topic like mains get married to someone else because of parents or something? some break ups or love triangles? things that could get me annoyed? i'm writing my finals so i'm looking forward to something so i can get energy and write it faster 😭

THE TRAUMA. My worst nightmare is seeing someone I knew dead and for them to be only left in bones. This is like a true NIGHTMARE. overall the drama is really good I love the comedy of it just wish it had a lil more romance 🥰

Ep 14, I find the FL somehow unlikable because she’s always misunderstanding or thinking unreasonable. She thought ML has a son, and she did not even ask him just straight up went to avoiding him. Later she’s on “I’m going abroad, so we can’t be together” I get it, a time difference, but what era are we living in? Also are u going for a lifetime there? I know that later on it is going to be resolved, but I wish it was made different. She’s not the type of FL that will go to my list.
