Wei Wu Ji is swoon worthy! I have a huge crush on Eddie Peng after finishing this drama. Overall it was a good watch, I guess because I read the translations for the novel before that I pretty much knew what happened, is why I wasn't as hooked on to the drama as I expected to be. Idk, I think my anticpations were too high for the drama before it's airing that I expected it to be as grandiose as BBJX. Well, a lot people commented that this reminded them of BBJX since both were originally novels written from the same writer. I think it's mainly because of LSS acting as the lead again but it's totally different from BBJX imo.

Zhao Li Ying <3

Love love love Shan Shan and Zhao Li Ying. This drama made me a fan of Zhao Li Ying, to be able to play such a cute and innocent, naive character without being too annoying or ridiculous easily as a typical female character in rom-com settings is amazing! Han Zhang was great eye candy and had splendid chemistry with Li Ying, albeit his limited acting skills. This drama was really easy to watch but incredibly sweet and couldn't help but smile throughout the drama with all the interactions between the couple, it has become one of my fave dramas of all time~
