They are not his real parents he was adopted. And he was human before he was turned into a vampire by his ex and was taken to the vampire world where he was adopted by his now parents

Ok so from my point of view, I feel like phoom bit Patrick on the neck but Patrick doesn’t want him to know and I also feel Patrick is a vampire and might be the general that is missing or so that may be why he has blood in his bar and able to know when one is a vampire because in episode 2 when he met phoom by the road side after discussing with him his facial expression changed when he turned back to look at phoom walk away. Also call it reading too much novel 😂 but some vampires can mask their scent so no one not even another vampire can smell them around I feel that is what Patrick did ( hope am not giving the serial too much credit 😂). However I still feel lie twin is Kiw and might just be lying but if not him then I feel like someone else bit Kiw and he became a vampire but after biting phoom he changed into a human so this will explain why his brother isn’t a vampire or maybe he masked his vampire scent too . For those saying why will Patrick allow broom bite him I feel like he already knows who phoom is and liked him or maybe his mate can never tell but this is still left for them to explain as the serial unfolds. Phum was a human 300yrs ago. So when he became a vampire he was taken to the vamp world by those two police men in the vampire world. So Phum cannot still be alive in the human world after 300 yrs because no human can live up to 300 yrs . So when he died another human with his face was created and birthed to the human world. So everyone had another human in the world looking just like them.

They said if the person is alive they can go but if the person is already dead you can’t . But in this case the person was alive when they signed the book of life leading to the person dying for them to live.

I’m still yet to understand that because as we know Kiw was a vampire but later turned human so it’s very unrealistic for him to just die a year ago. Except Kiw is actually Kin and him turning into a human didn’t work . Let’s see how this unfolds.

For him to come back to the human world after 300 years his human version of him has to die which actually happened via the accident that took place as soon as he signed the book of life. He was former my in the human world but as soon as he became a vampire he was then taken to the vampire world where he lived for 300 years in his new life but in this time another human exactly like him was created who now turned out to be his human but not totally him. But the human is dead now and poom has now entered into the human’s body and will be living in his body now .
